Graduate Research Fellowship Program

Welcome to the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP).

i GRFP Applicants: You must submit an official transcript. Unofficial transcripts will not be considered. Applications already submitted with an unofficial transcript must be withdrawn by the applicant and resubmitted before the application deadline. NSF apologizes for any confusion.

i Due to a lapse in appropriations, NSF has issued guidance on NSF.gov (https://www.nsf.gov/shutdown). All GRFP functions are available: Applications and Fellowship change requests can be submitted and the IT Service Desk is open. Changes requiring approvals may be delayed until the lapse in appropriations is resolved.
