About Proposal Evaluation System (PES)
The Proposal Evaluation System (PES) in Research.gov is used for the preparation and submission of both ad hoc proposal reviews and panelist proposal reviews. PES also supports panel meetings and the real-time collaboration on panel summaries. The system improves the user experience through modernized, intuitive, and easy to navigate interfaces and enhanced functionalities.
